Job Summary

Own post-sales success for BytePlus’s most valued enterprise customers in APAC as the primary technical point of contact. Build long-term stakeholder relationships, handle technical issue escalations, and recommend solutions as customer needs evolve. Lead migration, deployment, and expansion planning and track cloud migration progress with regular updates. Stay current on cloud, AI, and ML trends and help develop best practices and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations.
•Provide technical guidance during the post-sales phase in APAC and summarize product application best practices from real customer use cases.
•Collaborate with customers to plan and execute migration, deployment, and expansion projects.
•Monitor project progress (e.g., cloud migration) and provide regular updates and technical support to stakeholders.
•Stay current with cloud, AI, and ML technologies and industry trends; contribute to best practices, industry insights articles, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, Customer Success Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
•Experience with Cloud or AI products from major cloud providers in APAC.
•Experience working with DNBs, ISVs, and SIs across verticals including E-commerce, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Education.
•Ability to serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during the post-sales phase.
•Experience managing technical issue escalations and customer needs using solution recommendations.
