Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely to meet production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive process improvements.
  • •Engage and develop assigned associates through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • •Monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards; prevent and resolve team conflict.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and train associates on Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time.
