Key Responsibilities

•Implement the project planning strategy, integrating client processes and requirements.
•Build, update, and optimize project schedules in Planisware.
•Monitor progress and generate reliable progress reports.
•Prepare engineering, construction reports and customized dashboards.
•Perform probabilistic analyses on integrated schedules and analyze critical path, risks, and deviations.

Key Requirements

•First experience or proven experience in planning/project scheduling in industrial/pharmaceutical/oil & gas or complex projects.
•Experience with Planisware is indispensable.
•Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.
•Ability to consolidate multiple data sources and produce clear, structured reports.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to propose solutions and create added value; team player.
