Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure, develop, and help implement new products for the credit platform (commingled funds, funds-of-one, and separately managed accounts).
  • •Work with investment, product, and sales professionals to generate and document new product ideas, terms, and structures.
  • •Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and tax teams to evaluate feasibility, profitability, and structuring/formation of investment vehicles.
  • •Support senior team members and sales professionals in capital raising, including investor negotiations and investor onboarding.
  • •Support the lifecycle of the fundraising process.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of prior experience, preferably in alternative asset management, a law firm, or an investment bank.
  • •Experience with product structuring and product development.
  • •Experience with fund offering documents, including private placement memorandums, partnership agreements, and subscription documents.

  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
