Lead Warehouse Technician

Lead and perform warehousing tasks to ensure accurate receipt, staging, storage, transfer, and delivery of HVAC equipment. Serve as the primary contact for warehousing, customer service, and local transportation issues, using material handling equipment to receive inbound/outbound shipments, locate and pick parts, and maintain precise inventory through cycle counting. Support freight coordination, safety compliance, housekeeping, and the training and mentoring of warehouse associates.
