Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People, and Security & IT functions
  • •Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
  • •Advise on org structure, team effectiveness, and leadership development to support G&A scaling
  • •Partner with executives on headcount planning and HC allocation to align talent resources with business priorities
  • •Drive talent review and talent development processes across supported organizations

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR generalist role supporting corporate / G&A functions
  • •Experience operating in a fast-scaling, global tech company; startup or high-growth background strongly preferred
  • •Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior executives and operate as a genuine business partner, not just an HR service provider
  • •Deep expertise in organizational design, performance management, talent planning, and employee relations
  • •Strong analytical skills; you use data to tell stories, identify trends, and inform decisions
