•Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People, and Security & IT functions
•Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
•Advise on org structure, team effectiveness, and leadership development to support G&A scaling
•Partner with executives on headcount planning and HC allocation to align talent resources with business priorities
•Drive talent review and talent development processes across supported organizations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR generalist role supporting corporate / G&A functions
•Experience operating in a fast-scaling, global tech company; startup or high-growth background strongly preferred
•Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior executives and operate as a genuine business partner, not just an HR service provider
•Deep expertise in organizational design, performance management, talent planning, and employee relations
•Strong analytical skills; you use data to tell stories, identify trends, and inform decisions
