  • •Contribute to transformation programs covering design, implementation, migration, and testing.
  • •Develop Target Operating Models (TOM), including governance, operating model, and processes.
  • •Translate business requirements into functional and technical concepts.
  • •Act as an interface between business, IT, and operations while supporting stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in transformation, business analysis, or operations within Financial Services.
  • •Strong understanding of securities and/or fund processes.
  • •Knowledge of trade lifecycle and/or fund lifecycle.
  • •Structured, analytical working style with interest in digitization and operating models.
  • •Fluent German and English skills.
