Senior Machine Learning Engineer, E-commerce Feed Recommendation

Build and improve large-scale e-commerce recommendation algorithms for TikTok Shop live-streaming and short video experiences. You will design predictive models for candidate generation and ranking (e.g., CTR and conversion prediction), develop long- and short-term user interest models, and tackle challenges like cold start and traffic allocation. The role also includes creating real-time data pipelines, feature engineering, model optimization, and supporting/debugging tools to ship business-impacting ML systems.
