Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership for Commercial onboarding and servicing delivery squads using Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • •Own technical design, architecture, and code quality, including solution architecture, technical decision-making, and technical risk management.
  • •Lead engineering discussions, design reviews, and set technical standards aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise platform governance.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage technical dependencies across teams/vendors.
  • •Mentor engineers, support onboarding and skills development, and contribute to technical feasibility assessments and PoCs for new capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years of overall IT experience and 5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience with strong emphasis on Service Cloud.
  • •Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive engineering outcomes independently.
  • •Strong technical design and architecture skills for complex Salesforce implementations, including configuration/custom development and APIs (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
  • •Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and full SDLC ownership.
