Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and improve threat screening effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods, documenting best practices and providing quality assurance for junior staff.
  • •Conduct high-level studies using deep knowledge of threats, screening operations, IC databases, and analytical techniques to produce well-supported conclusions and recommendations.
  • •Lead unit teams by organizing analytical efforts, mentoring and training, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and thoroughness of work.
  • •Ensure relevant administrative laws, policies, and regulations are implemented and adhered to while evaluating program impacts.
  • •Present findings and recommendations via reports, briefings, and visual data products, advising executive management on sensitive issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience OR a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience (with substitution options).
  • •Background in intelligence analysis, national security, law enforcement, or related mission environments.
  • •Experience conducting research and analysis using multiple information systems and familiarity with intelligence processes and analytical methodologies.
  • •Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in operational settings.
