Job Summary

Own the technical delivery of SAP initiatives by advising on SAP architecture, performance improvements, and system landscape design. Lead technical analysis, design, build, test, and deployment activities across development through operations, working closely with SAP and SI/AMS partners. Coordinate roadmap discussions for S/4 RISE, BTP, GRC, Workforce, and SuccessFactors, manage change requests, and ensure SOX-compliant documentation, including integrations, security, and data migration validation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical expertise and recommendations on SAP architecture to improve performance and drive best practices.
•Drive technical design for the SAP system landscape aligned with project requirements across development, execution, operations, and infrastructure architecture.
•Direct solutions for network connectivity, security setup, and data conversion, including migration and validation.
•Define and promote SAP technical standards and strategies; oversee technical architecture analysis, design, build, test, and deploy activities.
•Coordinate with SAP SDMs and SI/AMS resources for roadmap alignment (S/4 RISE, BTP, GRC, Workforce, SuccessFactors), advise on integration approaches, and oversee SOX-compliant change requests and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field, plus 15 years designing and implementing SAP technical solutions aligned to business needs.
•10 years experience implementing SAP systems integration methodology and design, including SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP integration and data migration/application architecture.
•10 years experience performing third-party system integrations for SD, MDM, procurement, finance, and reporting.
•7 years experience using SAP S/4 RISE, ABAP, Fiori, GRC, Security, BTP, and SAP S/4 Basis with enterprise cloud services.
•Willing to travel domestically 10% and able to live within commuting distance of the Atlanta, GA office.
