Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Partner with GTM teams to identify, build, and maintain a multi-year pipeline of strategic government opportunities.
  • ā€¢Lead the capture lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification through win strategy, teaming, proposal, and award.
  • ā€¢Write and edit proposal sections, incorporating inputs from subject matter experts into cohesive narratives.
  • ā€¢Collaborate with technical and product teams to shape innovative AI-driven solutions and articulate win themes.
  • ā€¢Ensure solicitation compliance and OpenAI standards are met, maintain a proposal content library, and improve capture/proposal processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 221,000 - 295,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢10+ years selling information technology services to governments, including U.S. intelligence community and international public sector customers.
  • ā€¢Design and execute complex government deal and capture strategies with familiarity with government contracting, security clearances, and procurement processes.
  • ā€¢Lead capture and proposal efforts for complex technology/government contracts, including compliant RFx responses.
  • ā€¢Build trusted relationships with senior government executives and decision-makers.
  • ā€¢Active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance and exceptional writing/editing skills for persuasive, compliant proposals.
