Job Summary

Lead engineering maintenance for a highly automated manufacturing site, embedding and maturing the site’s TPM maintenance strategy and shifting from reactive to proactive maintenance. Manage a team of eight Maintenance Technicians, oversee breakdown and planned maintenance, and develop a PPM strategy to close maintenance gaps. Own maintenance budgets, ensure CMMS data integrity, support capex equipment projects, and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, uptime, and HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency.
•Ensure health and safety compliance by enforcing Zero Harm policies, conducting safety checks, and completing risk assessments.
•Embed and continuously improve the Engineering TPM Maintenance Strategy, driving reliability-focused continuous improvement.
•Manage procurement, inventory, and budget control for spare parts and maintenance consumables.
•Lead and develop the maintenance team, manage contractors, and support capex projects for equipment upgrades and new installations.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading maintenance or engineering teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
•Strong technical background in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines.
•Experience working in automated plants, ideally with exposure to PLC-controlled systems.
•Track record embedding TPM or reliability-based maintenance strategies.
•Experience using CMMS systems, ideally implementation or optimization experience, and strong knowledge of health & safety best practice.
