Senior Manager Infrastructure - Pipeline Requisition

Oversee infrastructure and landscaping operations across Dubai Holding communities, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and third-party service provider performance. Supervise infrastructure projects covering utilities, public realm assets, and landscaping, while ensuring compliance with FM systems and local standards. Manage service agreements, customer complaints, tendering and procurement planning, and CAPEX/OPEX forecasting. Drive continuous improvement through asset registry upkeep, handover support, and leading, developing, and performance-managing the team.
