Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD processes, including sales order management, pricing/condition techniques, delivery, shipping, and billing.
  • •Configure and support SAP CS processes, including service notifications/orders, service contracts and warranties, and resource-related billing.
  • •Support ECC-to-S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations and apply S/4HANA CS/SD simplifications.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end integration with MM, WM/EWM, TM, and FI/CO teams, including Business Partner and customer master data validation.
  • •Execute testing (unit/SIT/UAT support), assist with data migration validation, and provide cutover and hypercare support post go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of SAP functional experience in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and SAP CS (Service Management).
  • •At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project.
  • •Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD configuration and CS integration with SD and FI.
  • •Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes, including CS–SD integration for service and billing.
  • •Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and/or SAP BP concept is a plus; LeanIX/Signavio is advantageous.
