Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, and/or preventative maintenance of customer products in service shops and at customer locations
  • •Prepare and submit written reports of inspections, including recommendations for in-house or site visits
  • •Train employees, customers, and vendors in correct operation and maintenance of the product
  • •Identify spares and service opportunities and compile quotes for new and existing customers
  • •Perform other assigned responsibilities
