  • •Develop technical strategies, roadmaps, validation plans, and certification approaches aligned to business objectives.
  • •Lead product validation activities and testing, including functional, qualification, reliability, short-circuit, temperature-rise, dielectric, arc flash, and standards compliance testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related electrical engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in power distribution products, systems engineering, product development, product validation, testing, certification, or related engineering roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and power distribution equipment, including switchgear, switchboards, MCCs, panelboards, circuit breakers, grounding, arc flash mitigation, and power system applications.
  • •Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •No relocation assistance is provided.
