Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store sales and maximize profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager.
  • •Manage operational execution including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain product presentation by ensuring recovery, restock, destock, and executing visual merchandising changes per direction.
  • •Plan and adapt visual floor changes using payroll and zone/visual support aligned to business needs; execute to budgets and timelines.
  • •Lead by example and coach associates; participate in recruitment, development, and performance evaluation using company tools.
