Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the Performing Authority and Operations to obtain, receive, validate, suspend, and close applicable work permits in accordance with WMS requirements.
  • •Ensure all required PTW, TRA/JSA, method statements, drawings, certificates, and supporting documents are approved and available before starting work.
  • •Conduct or participate in toolbox talks (TBT) and verify workforce understanding of scope, hazards, control measures, and emergency requirements.
  • •Maintain continuous supervision of site activities to ensure work stays within the approved permit, method statement, and defined scope; verify PPE use and ADNOC HSE compliance.
  • •Supervise installation, modification, removal, testing, and pre-commissioning within the assigned scope; maintain daily site records and coordinate inspections, RFI requirements, and punch point closures.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid ADNOC WMS certificate issued by ATA.
  • •Have previous experience worked as an approved Job Performer (JP) for onshore ADNOC project.
  • •Valid ADNOC WMS Certificate and previous Job Performer (JP) approval/certification.
  • •4+ years of relevant construction/site supervision experience in Oil & Gas projects (preferably).
  • •Good understanding of ADNOC WMS, PTW, TRA/JSA, TBT, SIMOPS and HSE requirements, including ability to read IFC drawings, layouts, P&IDs and method statements.
