Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Form 4 holder (Nominated Line Maintenance Manager) toward the German Military Aviation Authority (LufABw).
  • •Lead, coordinate, and ensure line maintenance operations at the site and, if required, at outside facilities for CH-47F (GE) work.
  • •Ensure compliance with DEMAR 145 and other military/civil aviation regulations, including MOE and health, safety, and environmental rules.
  • •Manage resource and shift planning for maintenance teams, including certifying staff, technicians, and subcontractors, across a regular 5-day workweek.
  • •In coordination with CAMO and operator LTG 64, ensure punctual, safe, and compliant Release to Service of aircraft; promote SMS and Human Factors and report to the Part 145 Accountable Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •6+ years of total work experience in an MRO or OEM organization in aerospace/aviation or defense, preferably on helicopters.
  • •Deep knowledge of EASA/EMAR regulations (Parts 145, 66, CAMO, 21) and relevant military and safety/health/environment regulations.
  • •Willingness to undergo a security clearance check (at least Ü2 level according to the German Security Clearance Act / SÜG).
  • •Advanced English (B2+) and intermediate German (B1+).
