Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop healthcare development strategy for real-estate and facility-development projects, translating requirements into plans, milestones, and delivery priorities.
  • •Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and commercial viability; provide regular status reporting for senior leadership.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and government departments.
  • •Ensure risk, quality, and regulatory compliance across healthcare, construction, and quality requirements; escalate key issues to senior leadership.
  • •Advise on medical and biomedical technology, including equipment planning, selection, technical assessment, procurement support, and supplier negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience delivering development projects in the healthcare sector.
  • •Strong understanding of hospitals, clinics, healthcare markets, medical/biomedical equipment, and operational needs of clinical facilities.
  • •Proven experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders across development projects.
  • •Knowledge of medical and biomedical equipment planning, procurement, or implementation (with international/regional healthcare-market experience).
