Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, plan, and manage implementation activities for highly complex projects/programs across their lifecycle.
  • •Ensure timely project completion and delivery, including analyzing schedules and producing progress/status reports.
  • •Coordinate and facilitate project meetings; create meeting minutes, track action items, and verify deliverables are met on time.
  • •Assess and manage risks, impacts, and alternatives; escalate as required and apply change control for schedule changes.
  • •Serve as project team leader and customer-facing single point of contact; define KPIs/process standards with partner teams and mentor teammates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of related experience in project/implementation work.
  • •Implementation experience with multiple technologies including DWDM, Transport/Waves, MPLS, Managed Services, Voice (PRI/SIP/Porting), Security, SD WAN, Managed Enterprise Services, and/or Meraki.
  • •Demonstrated customer service experience with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • •Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification; 6+ years in project management experience is preferred/mentioned.
