Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and sanitize process equipment to establish a clean environment for producing and packaging quality products.
  • •Ensure equipment and facility are effectively sanitized according to food manufacturing regulations and government sanitation requirements.
  • •Perform plant cleaning per the Master Sanitation Schedule and maintain general housekeeping across the plant.
  • •Disassemble and reassemble processing equipment (e.g., machines, pumps, bucket elevators, slurry equipment, filters).
  • •Support safety and compliance activities including GMP adherence, PPE use, chemical handling per SDS, and participation in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives like 5S.

  • •Ability to follow safe lifting/carrying instructions, identify/report defective equipment, and report job-related injuries.
