Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop tool service requirements and utility databases for FOAK workstation transfers.
  • •Conduct utility impact analyses and UTR/load/capacity assessments to mitigate facility impacts of new technology introductions.
  • •Author and validate Facilities Release Documentation (FRD/TI FRD) and generate utility impact analyses for new technology nodes.
  • •Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during technology transfer with cross-functional teams.
  • •Support planning, design, and commissioning of greenfield semiconductor fabrication facilities, including equipment startup and integration into production environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience in the role or related occupation.
  • •Or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 1 year of experience in the role or related occupation.
  • •Analyze production tool utility requirements, including utility consumption patterns and optimization strategies.
  • •Evaluate materials and processes for their impact on facilities systems, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • •Apply advanced engineering principles and regulatory standards to define facilities requirements and generate release documents for new systems and process equipment.
