Store Manager - lululemon

Own the daily operations of the lululemon store, driving achievement of sales targets and maximizing profitability. Lead, coach, and develop store teams to deliver excellent customer service and strengthen brand and product knowledge. Monitor stock, bestsellers, and slow-moving inventory to generate actions that improve sales. Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety, security, cash handling, and record-keeping, while providing analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning.
