Job Summary

Drive client onboarding and delivery for real-world asset tokenization initiatives on Hadron, Tether’s institutional platform. Coordinate execution across business, product, and technology teams while acting as an account manager for assigned clients. Manage relationships with ecosystem and institutional partners across regions, track milestones and reporting, and prepare memos and insights to support business and product decisions—within a small, high-performance team that may require frequent international travel.

•Support the Head of Tokenization Expansion in managing active client and partner projects from onboarding to delivery.

•Manage relationships with ecosystem partners and support institutional partnership efforts.
