Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and reassess mid/long-term payment strategies for each customer.
  • •Expand the portfolio by growing products/services, winning against competition, and identifying new opportunities.
  • •Manage customer P&L and KPIs, maintaining dashboards, sales pipelines, and market intelligence for decision-making.
  • •Proactively manage customer economics and negotiate contracts, escalating feedback to internal teams to address issues or opportunities.

  • •Proficiency in English and Spanish is required (card payments experience is highly desirable).
