Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents, including submittals and shop drawings.
  • •Oversee field work for conformance to plans and specifications and help resolve design/construction issues.
  • •Interface daily with the construction manager, subcontractors, and project owner; attend daily meetings.
  • •Complete daily reports and quantity tracking, including maintenance of traffic compliance and photo documentation.
  • •Review red-line drawings, prepare/update punch lists, and support pay requisition and change order processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • •Valid driver’s license.
