Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain Android-based POS terminal applications (Java/Kotlin).
  • •Own end-to-end development of transaction flows including sales, refunds, reversals, and settlement.
  • •Integrate backend APIs for reliable transaction synchronization and implement offline-first capabilities for low-connectivity environments.
  • •Integrate EMV chip, contactless (NFC) card-present flows and work with secure payment SDKs; troubleshoot transaction issues in production.
  • •Integrate and maintain support for POS peripherals (card readers, pin pads, printers, scanners) and OEM SDKs for Android-based POS terminals, including Bluetooth/USB communication layers.
