Key Requirements

  • •14+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles, including leading or coordinating architects and delivering complex, large-scale IT solutions.
  • •Experience working in an enterprise architecture setup with governance processes, review boards, and modeling standards.
  • •Strong understanding of integration methods, API-first design, and modern application architecture patterns such as microservices, cloud-native, and event-driven approaches.
  • •Experience in a platform/product environment, ideally with HR platform/HR applications or comparable insurance/financial services IT landscapes.
  • •Ability to produce pragmatic architecture artifacts and drive adoption across the full project lifecycle, from requirements to design, testing, and deployment.
