Job Summary

Customize and develop PTC Windchill solutions, including PDM Link customization and module-level Windchill implementation. You will handle solution design, debugging, software maintenance, performance tuning, documentation, and testing. Work in an Agile environment using source control and DevOps practices with tools like Git and SVN, and build integrations across PLM processes (BOM, parts, documents, EBOM/MBOM, CAD integration) and CREO/PDM Link, with experience using AWS.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform solution design and Windchill customization, including debugging and Windchill development work.
•Develop and maintain Windchill application capabilities, including PDM Link customization and XML/database (SQL) programming.
•Conduct software testing, software performance tuning, and ongoing software maintenance.
•Work on PLM process implementations and integrations such as BOM, part/document management, EBOM/MBOM, CAD integration, and CREO/PDM Link integration.
•Collaborate in an Agile setup using source management and DevOps practices with tools like Git/SVN and Jira.

Key Requirements

•4 to 6 years’ experience in PTC Windchill and ThingWorx customization.
•Strong experience in Windchill customization, debugging, development fundamentals, and software maintenance.
•Skilled in Java (basic and advanced), web services, JavaScript, Shell scripting, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
•Very skilled in PTC Windchill (PDM Link customization) including XML and database (SQL) programming.
•Working knowledge of PLM processes such as BOM, part and document management, EBOM/MBOM, CAD integration, and configuration/requirements management.
