Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global compensation strategy, pay philosophy, and integration efforts across geographies while balancing consistency and local market/regulatory needs.
  • •Design and govern scalable market-based pay structures and maintain global job architecture (job levels, ranks/progression, career paths, taxonomy).
  • •Oversee job mapping, leveling, validation, and role migration into HRIS, and define phased compensation strategy (base, bonus, equity).
  • •Lead benchmarking and market positioning, including managing survey providers and market-pricing tools to inform pay structures and ranges.
  • •Ensure pay equity analysis/remediation and regulatory compliance (including EU pay transparency readiness and US pay regulations); administer annual compensation cycles and lead/coach a team.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including 3+ years leading global compensation strategy, design, and governance.

  • •Direct experience supporting M&A compensation integration and harmonization.
