Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across construction lifecycle, project phases, and work packages.
  • •Produce and present cost plans and updated estimates through design milestones; reconcile changes and support accurate contractor data.
  • •Coordinate and lead cost discussions by compiling cost information across suppliers, subcontractors, quantities, and design teams.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, cost variances, change control, contingency management, commitment tracking, and cost impact assessments.
  • •Prepare written submissions and monthly cost reports for the client; support contract pricing negotiations, final accounts, and benchmarking records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively working toward accreditation.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects with moderate to high complexity.
  • •Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters including procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
