Join the Palladium and Protium solution team to design and develop low-level device drivers and robust GUI-based tools for system configuration, validation, and real-time debugging. Work at the hardware-software boundary with advanced interface and memory protocol experts, building high-performance software for PCIe/CXL interfaces, telemetry, and hardware-to-GUI control loops. Drive automation, triage complex integration issues, and partner cross-functionally for product bring-up and field support.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and optimize software device drivers for high-speed interfaces like PCIe and CXL on Linux and/or Windows.
•Build and maintain GUI-based software tools for device configuration, telemetry monitoring, validation, and advanced debugging.
•Partner with hardware engineers to analyze register maps and translate system requirements into high-performance software.
•Implement low-level system functionality including device enumeration, configuration, interrupt processing, DMA, and hardware-to-GUI control loops.
•Architect automation frameworks and triage/debug complex issues across the hardware/software boundary to improve stability and protocol compliance.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of industry experience with a BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
•Strong production-grade programming skills in C/C++.
•Hands-on experience developing device drivers on Linux and/or Windows.
•Solid foundational understanding of advanced protocols such as PCIe and Ethernet.
•Proven debugging skills for complex system integration issues across hardware and software layers.
