  • •Lead and develop the organization through direct-report managers, driving business performance, leadership excellence, and organizational development.
  • •Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the office organization in alignment with Distribution Centre Lund’s overall strategy.
  • •Build and strengthen a high-performing management team by coaching managers, clarifying accountability, and driving performance.
  • •Drive organizational development through leadership capabilities, succession planning, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant university degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Several years of documented experience leading managers and developing high-performing leadership teams.
  • •Experience as part of a management team influencing business strategy and collaborating with senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • •Proven experience leading organizational transformation, change management, and digitalization initiatives.
  • •Proven business accountability including responsibility for financial performance, quality, safety, and business objectives.
