•Doctorate with degree in Informatics, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics or other TIC-related field
•At least one of PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner/Agile, PMP or CAPM certifications
•English: B2
•At least 4 years of PMO experience in ICT projects
•Experience in project management methodology
