Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and demonstrate InterSystems products with third-party technologies.
  • •Build and demonstrate proof of concepts (POCs) for prospects and customers, covering suitability, ease of use, performance, features, reliability/connectivity.
  • •Recommend technical architecture and strategies for database schema, design patterns, migrations/upgrades, and operational best practices.
  • •Install InterSystems software and assist with benchmarking to determine optimal deployment configurations.
  • •Provide technical demonstrations and training, troubleshoot during beta tests/pre-launch activities, and coordinate with support for resolution of technical problems.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Broad knowledge of IT industry trends, with specific integration expertise (SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL, BI) in a vertical/market context.
  • •Highly experienced programming with hands-on expertise in object-oriented languages such as C#, C++, or Java/Jakarta EE.
  • •Strong Python development experience.
  • •Experience delivering complex application design, development, and deployment, including agile development and continuous development.
  • •Healthcare software experience, including clinical systems and protocols such as HL7 FHIR and IHE; plus strong database expertise and performance tuning.
