Job Summary

Own procurement operations for an AI research and product company scaling globally. Manage vendor spend and renewals across AI infrastructure, cloud, SaaS tooling, data providers, contractors, agencies, and global services with usage-based pricing. Build lightweight procurement workflows from intake through approvals, contracts, POs, vendor onboarding, and spend reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, Engineering, Accounting, AP, and GTM to improve terms, visibility, and process clarity.

Job Function: Procurement & Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and streamline procurement across a vendor base spanning AI infrastructure, cloud, data providers, SaaS tooling, contractors, agencies, and global services.
•Improve commercial outcomes by strengthening terms, approval paths, and spend visibility while reducing vendor sprawl and surprise commitments.
•Build and maintain procurement workflows covering intake, approvals, contracts, POs, vendor onboarding, renewals, and spend reporting.
•Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing, vendor analysis, renewal tracking, contract review, documentation, and workflow design.
•Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, Engineering, Accounting, AP, GTM, and business owners to coordinate procurement execution across regions.

•Strong procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or commercial operations experience in a technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or high-growth environment.
•Strong commercial judgment across usage-based pricing, SaaS contracts, cloud/infrastructure commitments, and enterprise tooling, including contractors, agencies, and professional services.
•AI-native working style using AI tools for sourcing, vendor analysis, renewal tracking, contract review, reporting, documentation, and workflow design.
•Ability to build simple procurement workflows across intake, approvals, contracts, POs, vendor onboarding, renewals, and spend reporting without unnecessary friction.
