Key Responsibilities

  • •Own U.S. immigration cases across the full lifecycle, including offer-stage assessments, visa sponsorship, renewals, work authorization, and permanent residency with external counsel.
  • •Act as the internal subject matter expert for immigration and global mobility, providing clear and compassionate guidance to employees, candidates, and business leaders.
  • •Advise recruiting teams on immigration considerations, visa eligibility, sponsorship options, and right-to-work requirements throughout hiring.
  • •Partner with Legal, Finance, People, and external advisors to understand international market immigration and employment requirements as WHOOP expands globally.
  • •Own contractor operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, agreements, documentation, and jurisdictional classification support, and build scalable processes and audit-ready records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant experience in People Operations, immigration, global mobility, or a related field, with hands-on experience supporting immigration or mobility programs.
  • •Working knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration and work authorization requirements, with the ability to manage cases with immigration counsel.
  • •Experience supporting international hiring and global mobility, including familiarity with contractor compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to manage external partners (e.g., immigration counsel and relocation providers) and ensure timely, high-quality service.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail and organization to independently manage multiple time-sensitive cases and deadlines.
