Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and apply test center policies, practices, and procedures to uphold exam integrity.
  • •Greet examinees and verify identification, including performing required security checks (e.g., wands).
  • •Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams and ensure a secure environment for materials and computers.
  • •Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency and document occurrences outside company guidelines.
  • •Support flexible scheduling across operating days and, if applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification.
