Payroll Business Analyst - Intel Contract Employee

Support accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations by analyzing payroll and variable compensation data, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with Payroll, HR, Accounting, and IT. Drive process improvements, recommend changes to controls and data quality, and independently manage assigned projects. Create and execute test plans for payroll systems initiatives, complete ad hoc payroll reporting and validation, and document findings for audit readiness and operational decision-making.
