Job Summary

Lead store sales performance by supporting and developing the Store Sales team while maintaining exceptional operational, commercial, and customer service standards. Oversee store audits for compliance, manage after-sales repair/return processes, and ensure visual merchandising, promotions, and pricing are accurate. Handle day-to-day store operations including cash, inventory, loss prevention, reporting, and team coaching with clear KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Support driving the store’s annual sales targets through the Store Sales team’s performance and development.
•Ensure store operations run to standard operating policies, including conducting store operations audits.
•Oversee after-sales processes and ensure adherence to repair/return policies and procedures with internal stakeholders.
•Manage day-to-day operations including cash handling, inventory taking, record keeping, and loss prevention compliance.
•Lead people management by setting goals and KPIs, mentoring and coaching the team, and driving a culture of ongoing feedback and improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
•4–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar supervisory retail operations role.
•Fluent English (written and spoken).
•Industry expertise and product/category knowledge.
•Proficiency with MS Office and tools.
