Job Summary

Support the HR team in the DACH region with day-to-day HR operations and gain insights across the full employee lifecycle. Work with HR Managers on onboarding, Learning & Development, preparation of employment references, and employee surveys as well as internal policies. Contribute to HR projects by conducting independent research, analyses, and evaluations. Gradually take on more responsibility to prepare for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the HR team in the DACH region with day-to-day HR operations and gain insights into Human Resources Management.
•Work with HR Managers across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and Learning & Development, preparing employment references, and supporting employee surveys and internal policies.
•Actively contribute to HR projects and independently conduct research, analyses, and evaluations on HR topics.
•Take on increasing responsibility and own areas of responsibility step by step to prepare for a career entry in Human Resources.

Key Requirements

•Be enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of a degree in business administration, psychology, sociology, or a comparable program, ideally with a focus on HR/Human Resources.
•Have first practical experience in HR, e.g., internship or working student role, or alternatively experience in a commercial environment.
•Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with an understanding of numbers, data, and relationships.
•Demonstrate a communicative personality and a structured, careful, detail-oriented working style.
•Work during the semester at least 15 hours per week (ideally 20h) and be willing to spend most of your working time at one of the locations in Munich or Berlin.

Education:Bachelor's in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie, Soziologie (oder vergleichbarer Studiengang)
