Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement global sourcing and category strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • •Evaluate, develop, and actively manage relationships with key global suppliers to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
  • •Lead negotiation of global supplier contracts and commercial terms for pricing and payment terms.
  • •Conduct risk management and contingency planning across the global supply base to ensure business continuity.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ongoing performance reviews with suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
