Own mold engineering activities for VF’s Underfoot Platforms Mold Team across development, commercialization, and production for global footwear brands. Lead mold design and development through production release using a design-for-quality approach, partnering with brand development, sourcing, quality, and materials teams. Collaborate with tooling vendors and factories on trials, validation, and manufacturing processes such as injection and compression, while supporting sustainability-focused tooling methods. Travel across Asia and other regions to troubleshoot and ensure production readiness.
