Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure products to order by staging products and supporting assembly and integration of mechanical and/or electrical components.
  • •Interpret equipment test results, support validation with integrators, develop test procedures, and perform root-cause analysis on manufacturing issues.
  • •Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems using hand tools and power tools.
  • •Ensure compatibility and proper communication between integrated components, and maintain detailed records of assembly processes, calibration services, test results, and quality control issues.
  • •Support production planning by working with the Production Planner for timely shipments and follow safety protocols and housekeeping/quality reporting duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Level 6 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • •Experience with PCBA/CCA handling, subassembly building, soldering, and calibration using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
  • •Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow detailed assembly instructions, including loading or verifying software.
  • •Strong understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) best practices and adherence to workplace safety protocols.
  • •Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland (Stamp 4, Stamp 1G or EU Citizenship).
