Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and provide accurate, enthusiastic explanations of all VIP activations and offerings.
  • •Know general festival details such as show hours, stage names, major artists, and key on-site locations (e.g., medic tent, ATM, water station).
  • •Assist in setting up the VIP area before doors open and maintain a clean, organized workspace during the festival.
  • •Support a creative, flexible range of tasks to keep Headliners excited about activations.
  • •Work effectively in loud, busy environments and adjust to busy, high-volume conditions.

Salary: USD 16.5 - 18 hourly
