Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate improvements in yield, quality, and output for the NAND Flash production line.
  • •Craft and analyze process experiments; investigate yield and quality problems with YE and PQA.
  • •Collaborate with multi-functional teams (PIE, WLR, TD, and others) to improve product yield and reliability within an assigned process loop.
  • •Collect and interpret complex data to optimize fab processes and increase yields.
  • •Engage or lead cross-area engineering teams and global partners to address process issues and drive process alignment projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry (plus).
  • •Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are desirable.
