Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and/or self-perform hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects for private and public-sector clients.
  • •Collaborate with licensed/certified professionals and technical/regulatory specialists on survey/investigation and abatement/remediation design work.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency), with at least 10 years managing building hazardous material (e.g., asbestos, lead paint) surveys and abatement oversight plus industrial hygiene project work.
  • •Must have 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
  • •Must have EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification.
  • •Must have New England state-specific licenses and certifications for asbestos (MA, ME, NH, CT) or be eligible to obtain them.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
