Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations and settlements.
  • •Liaise and coordinate internal/external stakeholders for compliance in offboarding activities and audits (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions).
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and drive process improvements, automation, and product development ideas through employee relations and offboarding experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across various jurisdictions.
  • •Knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues to independently research, solve problems, and translate findings into usable resources.
  • •Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
